What does a hypnotic state feel like?

In hypnosis you feel extremely relaxed. Even though the words “deep sleep” may be used, you are always aware and able to talk and move. You are not asleep. Not everyone has the same physical feeling while under hypnosis, but most will say they felt calm and relaxed.

What is hypnosis?

You are at work sitting at your desk with your work in front of you. You find yourself staring out the window and all of a sudden you’re on a beach in Fiji, soaking up the sun and swimming in the warm water. A few moments later, you are back at your desk with the same work in front of you. A day dream that felt so good and so real! Day dreaming is very similar to hypnosis. Hypnosis is a wonderful state of relaxation where the subconscious mind becomes open to positive suggestions to improve your life. Through hypnosis, behavior can be modified by replacing old beliefs with more desirable ones. It’s that easy!

What is the subconscious mind?

The subconscious holds your known memories – both positive and negative. The subconscious makes up 88% of your total mind and does not distinguish between fact and fantasy.

Will I do anything I don’t want to do or say anything I don’t want to say while in hypnosis?

No. You will not do or say anything in hypnosis that is not in alignment with your personal standards or desires. It’s my job to help you achieve your personal goals.
