Find your inspiration

Inspiration is out there!

I recently listened to a podcast featuring Dr. Edith Eger. Dr. Eger is in her 90's and is a Holocaust survivor. She is by far the most inspirational women I have ever had the privilege to listen and learn from.

Sometimes it helps us to find someone or something that truly inspires us.

As Dr. Eger states - Nowhere on our birth certificates does it say life is easy. There are no guarantees or certainties, yet there is probability. Just by the way you get up in the morning, look in the mirror or look outside, or the way you begin to talk to yourself can change your body chemistry. We need to think first - think about what you are thinking. Pay attention to what you're paying attention to. By paying attention to your behavior, you are reinforcing that behavior in your subconscious mind.

Try not to ask, "Why me?" Instead ask, "What am I holding on to and what am I willing to let go of?"

Remember, no one can reject you except you.

These are just a few of the things that I heard in that podcast that truly inspire me.

Remember...today you are in charge of your thinking, your feeling and your behavior. Go out and find something that inspires you!
